Job Description
📍 Location: Chennai
💼 Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers & Experienced Welcome)
💰 CTC: Net Salary up to ₹3,00,000 PA + PF + ESIC + Insurance Benefits + Performance Incentives(incentives can go upto 40,000)
🏢 Industry: Fintech / CreditTech / SaaS
🗣️ Languages Required: Fluent Hindi & good English (Hindi is mandatory, as a significant portion of the customer base is from UP, Bihar, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh)
🎯 Key Highlights:
🔹 Drive outbound sales calls to prospective and existing financial clients
🔹 Pitch innovative CreditTech, lending, and SaaS products
🔹 Handle customer queries, manage objections, and convert leads into sales
🔹 Maintain strong customer follow-ups and update pipeline tracking systems
🔹 Achieve daily and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Monday to Saturday working and Last Sunday of the Month also working . Office Timing 9:30 to 7:00
