• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, referrals, networking, social media, and other sales channels.
• Handle incoming enquiries and leads, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable products or services.
• Make regular follow-ups with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales and consistently achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct product/service presentations and explain features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers as required.
• Negotiate with customers while maintaining company pricing and profitability.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and sales conversions in the CRM or company system.
• Track the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enquiry, follow-up, negotiation, closure, and post-sales follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, accounts, marketing, and customer support to ensure smooth execution of sales commitments.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat business, referrals, and additional sales opportunities.
• Research market trends, competitors, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings, networking events, exhibitions, presentations, and other business-development activities when required.
• Share regular updates and sales reports with the reporting manager.
• Monitor personal sales performance and take proactive steps to improve conversion rates.
• Handle customer objections professionally and find appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a professional image and represent the company positively at all times.
• Contribute ideas and strategies to improve lead quality, customer acquisition, sales conversion, and overall revenue.
