Job Description
Handle incoming leads from portals, social media, campaigns and other sources.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities and payment plans.
Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the Sales Team.
Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain lead status.
Update customer details, calls and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for smooth lead conversion.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets.
Maintain good customer relationships throughout the pre-sales process.
