We’re Hiring: Field Sales Executives – FMCG/Dairy

Job type: Full-time, field-based

About the role

Agrolen Technologies is looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to grow sales and retailer coverage across assigned areas of Chennai.

Responsibilities

  • Visit grocery shops, supermarkets, and other assigned retailers on a daily route.
  • Introduce Pallea Dairy products and take orders.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers and help increase repeat orders.
  • Check product availability, stock, and in-store visibility.
  • Coordinate with the distributor and delivery team to serve orders.
  • Share daily visit and sales updates with the manager.

Requirements

  • Previous FMCG, dairy, or retail field-sales experience is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English is helpful.
  • Willingness to travel across the assigned Chennai territory.
