Job Description
Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, digital enquiries, referrals, and walk-ins.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential projects.
Coordinate and accompany customers for site visits when required.
Follow up with customers regularly and convert leads into bookings.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and project representatives.
Monitor individual team performance, lead follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance to sales executives.
Ensure all leads, customer interactions, and site visits are properly updated in the CRM/B2B system.
