Field sales experience from any sector is welcome – BFSI / Insurance sales candidates will get preference.

What the job actually is:

You will build and manage a team of insurance advisors (agents) for one of the top reputed Health Insurance companies in Anna Nagar, Chennai. You will recruit advisors, train them, and drive health insurance sales through your team in the field.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard and activate insurance advisors in your area

• Drive health insurance sales through your advisor team – meet monthly targets

• Do joint field calls with advisors, support them to close policies

• Conduct regular meetings, training and motivation sessions

• Ensure renewals and good customer service

What we are looking for:

Age: 21–38 years

• Graduate and above (any stream)

• Minimum 1 year field sales experience in any sector – BFSI / Insurance / Agency channel preferred

• Good spoken Tamil and basic English

• Own two-wheeler, ready for field work

• Local Chennai candidates preferred

Compensation:

• CTC Rs 2.75 – 4 Lakh per annum + attractive incentives
