Job Description
Job TitleSales Executive – Vendor Audit & HRM Solutions
RoleResponsible for promoting and selling Facile’s Vendor Compliance Audit Tool, HRM and Compliance Management solutions to corporates, HR teams, contractors and businesses.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and leads.
- Demonstrate the Facile Vendor Audit Tool to HR, Compliance and Procurement teams.
- Promote HRM, payroll and statutory compliance solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable Facile solutions.
- Conduct product demos and explain key benefits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Build relationships with HR Heads, Compliance Managers, Procurement Heads and Business Owners.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the implementation team.
- Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Ideal Candidate1–3 years of experience in B2B software/SaaS sales preferred.
- Experience selling HRMS, payroll, compliance, ERP or business software is an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to make client visits and conduct product demonstrations.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of HR and statutory compliance will be an advantage.
