Job Description

Job Summary:


We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote real estate projects, generate leads, interact with customers, arrange site visits, and convert prospects into bookings.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads through calls, references, social media, and field marketing.
  • Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements.
  • Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and maintain customer relationships.
  • Coordinate and accompany customers for site visits.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
  • Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.
  • Convert qualified leads into site visits and bookings.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
