📢 **HIRING – SALES REPRESENTATIVE**

🎓 **Qualification:** Diploma / INtermediate / Graduation
💼 **Experience:** 1–3 Years in FMCG
💰 **CTC:** ₹2.50 – ₹3.5 LPA

**🔹 Job Responsibilities:**
• Achieve daily & monthly secondary sales targets
• Visit minimum **40 outlets/day** with 50%+ productive calls
• Ensure product visibility, stock availability & shelf space
• Add new retail outlets in assigned areas
• Manage **1–3 distributors** and ensure timely stock availability
• Monitor outstanding payments as per company norms
• Maintain DCR, order data & beat plans through mobile app
• Track competitor pricing, promotions & new launches
• Communicate schemes and new product launches to retailers

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Good territory & retailer knowledge
