Job SummaryWe are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executives to join our growing real estate and construction business. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling residential plots, apartments, villas, independent houses, and other real estate projects, while building strong customer relationships and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities·      Identify and generate potential customers through direct marketing, telecalling, digital platforms, referrals, and other sales activities.

·      Promote and sell real estate projects, residential plots, villas, apartments, and construction services.

·      Understand customer requirements, explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.

·      Arrange and conduct property site visits, client meetings, and project presentations.

·      Follow up with prospective customers, negotiate sales terms, and convert leads into successful bookings.

·      Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.

·      Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, property exhibitions, and digital marketing initiatives.

·      Maintain customer databases, sales reports, lead follow-up records, and daily activity reports.

·      Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

·      Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and a positive buying experience.

Skills and Qualifications·      Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·      Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

·      Ability to identify sales opportunities and achieve targets.

·      Basic knowledge of real estate, property sales, and marketing techniques is preferred.

·      Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, social media, and digital lead management is an advantage.

·      Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and property site visits.

·      A proactive attitude, professional approach, and willingness to learn.

Educational QualificationAny degree or diploma in any discipline. Candidates with qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields will be preferred.

ExperienceFreshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in real estate sales, property marketing, construction, banking, insurance, or other customer-facing sales roles will have an added advantage.
