Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and customer-support positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication, and experience handling high-volume recruitment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
• Handle bulk hiring for BPO/customer-support requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Coordinate documentation and pre-employment formalities.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
• Requirements3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in BPO / customer support / volume hiring.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work with tight deadlines.
• Experience with job portals and recruitment databases.
• Good negotiation and candidate-management skills.
• Comfortable working from the T. Nagar, Chennai location.
