Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment, BPO and Banking hiring. The role involves bulk hiring, target-based recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and regular follow-ups.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle bulk recruitment for BPO and Banking requirements.

- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.

- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, social media, referrals, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening.

- Hire for Voice, Non-Voice, Customer Service, Telecalling, Banking Operations, and related profiles.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.

- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates until joining.

- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.

- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

- Coordinate with the recruitment team and support junior recruiters when required.

Requirements:

- 1–5 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.

- Experience in BPO / Banking recruitment and bulk hiring preferred.

- Comfortable working in a target-driven recruitment environment.

- Strong sourcing and screening skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Job portal and social media sourcing experience.

- Team handling and client coordination experience will be an added advantage.
