Job Description
responsible for recruiting, training, deploying, supervising, and evaluating store promoters across assigned retail outlets. The role ensures promoters achieve sales targets, maintain brand standards, generate customer leads, and provide an excellent customer experience while coordinating with store partners and internal teams.
Field Visits Conductregular store visits. Performpromoteraudits and quality checks. Verifycustomer interactions and adherence to SOPs. Submitvisit reports with observations and action plans
