Job Responsibilities

  • Manage inbond and outbond calls.
  • Find new customers and generate leads.
  • Contact leads from IndiaMART and social media.
  • Follow up with customers regularly.
  • Explain products and services to customers.
  • Handle customer questions and enquiries.
  • Convert leads into sales.
  • Update customer details and call records.
  • Prepare daily call reports.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good speaking and convincing skills.
  • Experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage
