Job Description
SERVICE MANAGER We are currently seeking a Service Manager for our two-wheeler showroom. The Service Manager's main responsibility will be to oversee the smooth operation of our Service Department. This will include leading a team of service professionals to provide exceptional service experiences for our customers while optimizing efficiency and productivity. Service Managers should have excellent customer service skills and decision-making abilities to resolve any service-related challenges. They will also need to investigate the cause of any delays in addressing issues and determine whether they are one-time or recurring problems. Service Managers must possess a strong knowledge of service-oriented processes, specifically in the area of two-wheeler mechanics.
