Position: Showroom Sales Executive for Mattress Store

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Various locations in and around Chennai

Age Limit: 20-35 years

Gender: Male

Compensation: Fixed + Incentive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers at our retail stores, understanding their needs, and advising on the best-suited products.
• Address and resolve customer queries and complaints by providing the best possible solutions, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Ensure efficient store merchandising in line with company guidelines.
• Contribute to team efforts in achieving sales targets and maintaining a customer-centric store environment.

Preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years in Retail Sales, experience in furniture sales would be considered a plus.

Education and Skills Required:

• A minimum education qualification of 12th grade or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel, demonstrating strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Tamil.
• A valid driving license.
