Job DescriptionRIDH – The Fabric Studio is looking for a Social Media Intern to support our social media presence and customer communication across digital platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and regularly update the company's Instagram and Facebook accounts.
• Create and publish regular posts, product updates, new arrivals, and promotional content.
• Update relevant content on the company website.
• Monitor and respond to enquiries received through Instagram, WhatsApp, and the website.
• Communicate with customers professionally and provide basic information about products and collections.
• Forward customer enquiries and potential leads to the concerned sales team.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
• Support day-to-day social media activities and customer engagement.
• Assist in creating simple social media content using Canva or similar tools.
• Follow the company's content and posting schedule.

• Should be willing to learn and take responsibility for daily social media activities.
• Candidates with an interest in fashion, fabrics, retail, and social media will be preferred.
