Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on CNC/VMC Supervisor to oversee our CNC and Vertical Machining Center (VMC) shop floor operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day machining activities, supervising machine operators, optimizing cycle times, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols. This role requires strong technical expertise in CNC/VMC programming, tooling, and troubleshooting, alongside leadership capabilities to drive productivity and team performance
