Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team.
  • Set and monitor monthly sales targets.
  • Generate and manage property leads.
  • Support agents in closing sales and handling clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Conduct team meetings and sales training.
  • Stay updated on property market trends and competitors.
  • Ensure team members follow company policies and procedures.
