Technical Support Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to support our Sales and Operations teams. The candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, handling customer requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-ups until order completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations based on customer requirements

• Understand product specifications and provide technical information to the sales team

• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Purchase and Operations teams

• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders and pending requirements

• Prepare and maintain quotation, order and customer-related records

• Handle enquiries and provide timely responses

• Coordinate for technical documents, drawings and product details

• Track order status and coordinate with the operations team for timely execution

• Support the sales team with product information and commercial details

• Follow up on pending payments, dispatches and deliveries when required

• Maintain proper documentation and update daily status reports

• Identify customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the concerned team

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

• Good communication and follow-up skills

• Basic technical understanding of products and specifications

• Ability to prepare quotations and commercial documents

• Good coordination skills with Sales and Operations teams

• Ability to understand customer requirements

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up regularly

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in technical support, sales coordination or operations

• Experience in Solar / Engineering / Manufacturing industry is preferred

• Knowledge of ERP / CRM software is an advantage

• Basic understanding of solar mounting structures, electrical products or engineering products will be an added advantage
