Job Description
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to introduce company products and services.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and other relevant details clearly to customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to basic queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and customers through calls, WhatsApp, or email as required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, leads, and follow-up status.
- Identify customer requirements and forward qualified leads to the concerned sales team.
- Schedule product demos, meetings, or appointments with interested customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to improve conversions.
- Handle customer objections politely and provide appropriate information or escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Update customer and lead information regularly in CRM or other company systems.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure proper customer follow-up.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude while interacting with customers.
- Follow company calling procedures, customer communication guidelines, and data confidentiality requirements.
