Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential property buyers and investors.
  • Understand customer requirements, budget, location, and preferences.
  • Explain projects, pricing, offers, and key property details.
  • Qualify leads and generate site visits/appointments.
  • Regularly follow up with interested customers.
  • Update lead status and call details in the Database.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for further conversion.
  • Achieve daily/monthly calling, site visit, and conversion targets.
