Job Description

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to join our real estate team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through calls, online platforms, and other sources.
  • Contact customers and understand their property requirements.
  • Explain project details, pricing, location, and amenities.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into site visits.
  • Coordinate and accompany customers for site visits.
  • Maintain proper follow-up and lead records in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets.
  • Build good relationships with customers and support the sales process.
