Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
  • Explain Agathisha's programs, services, and opportunities clearly.
  • Handle enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team.
  • Maintain accurate call records and lead status in CRM/Excel.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
  • Build positive relationships with clients through professional communication.

  • Excellent Tamil & English communication skills.
  • Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer, Excel and WhatsApp knowledge.
