Job Description
Handle inbound & outbound calls with potential customers.
Explain property details, projects, pricing and offers.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Follow up with interested customers.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain customer and call records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly call & lead targets.
Good communication, confidence and convincing skills required.
