Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and follow up with customers.
  • Explain services, offers, and packages.
  • Handle customer queries and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain call records and follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily/monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Customer-friendly attitude.
  • Prior telecalling experience preferred.
