Make calls to leads received through online advertisements and other sources.

Explain our real estate projects, pricing, offers, and location details.

Understand customer requirements and identify potential buyers.

Follow up with interested customers regularly.

Schedule and confirm site visits.

Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer visits and further follow-ups.

Maintain daily call and lead follow-up records.

Achieve assigned calling, site visit, and monthly targets.


  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Tamil communication is mandatory; basic English is preferred.
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Real estate / telecalling experience will be an added advantage.
  • Target-oriented and positive attitude.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
