Rajenius Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our growing team.
Role: Tele calling Executive
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company financial products and services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and generate potential leads.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Build professional relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Tamil communication is essential; English communication will be an added advantage.
