Telesales Executive

*Key Responsibilities*

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain products, services, and offers to customers.

Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.

Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales.

Contact customers regarding pending payments and outstanding dues.

Maintain professional communication during collection calls.

Negotiate payment schedules within company guidelines.

Record customer interactions and update payment details.

Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.

Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records.

Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams.

Meet assigned sales and collection targets.

*Requirements*

Good verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

Willingness to work with sales and collection targets.

Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

Customer-handling and follow-up abilities.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Prior telesales or telecollection experience is an advantage.
