Telesales Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Representative to close sales directly over the phone. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective and existing customers, presenting product offers, handling objections, and completing end-to-end transactions.

Unlike a telemarketer or appointment setter who hands leads off, you own the sale on the call.

• Call & Convert: Make outbound calls to warm/cold lists and handle inbound inquiries to pitch products or services and close deals directly on the phone.
• Understand & Qualify: Assess customer needs, explain features and benefits, and match them with the right solution.
• Handle Objections: Overcome customer resistance with active listening, confidence, and product knowledge.
• Process Orders: Accurately record orders, capture payments or contract confirmations, and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Follow Up: Maintain regular contact with past or prospective buyers to drive repeat business, cross-selling, or upselling.
• Meet Quotas: Consistently hit or exceed individual and team daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
