About the Role

Placement Point Solutions is looking for a passionate and energetic Telesales Executive to join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Explain our training courses and services clearly.
  • Convert enquiries into admissions/clients.
  • Follow up with interested candidates and clients regularly.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide the right guidance.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.


Required Skills

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development.
  • Fluency in Tamil (Mandatory).
  • Basic to good communication skills in English.
