Key Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment such as Stackers, BOPTs, and Forklifts.
- Diagnose equipment faults and perform troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Replace or repair defective parts and components as required.
- Support the installation and commissioning of Material Handling Equipment.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown service at customer sites.
- Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships through quality service.
