Job Description – UI/UX Designer (Figma)

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with 4–7 years of proven experience to join our team in Perungudi. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Figma and a solid track record of designing intuitive, user-centered digital products across web and mobile platforms. This role requires someone who can independently drive the design process from research to final handoff, working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences.

The candidate should be proficient in conducting UX Research, including user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to inform design decisions and validate concepts before implementation. A strong understanding of responsive design principles is essential, as the candidate will be expected to create interfaces that work seamlessly across various screen sizes and devices. Experience in building and maintaining scalable design systems is a key requirement, ensuring consistency, reusability, and efficiency across products and teams. Additionally, familiarity with RTL/LTR (Right-to-Left/Left-to-Right) design considerations is required, as the role may involve designing for multilingual or region-specific user bases.

The selected candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, while maintaining design consistency and usability standards throughout the product lifecycle. Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary, along with the ability to present design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Perungudi, offering a salary range of ₹45,000 – ₹70,000 per month, based on experience and skill fit. We are looking for someone who is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to building impactful digital experiences.
