We have openings for Utility Maintenance, Plant & Floor Maintenance at an MNC company in Sriperumbudur Chennai.

Experience – 0 to 2 Years Experience,

Gender - Only Male.

Work Location - Sriperumbudur Chennai.

Education – Diploma, BE, Btech ( Mech, EEE or ECE )

Working Days - 5 Days ( General shifts, Monday to Friday).

Salary – Up to 27K Gross ( Based on current salary & Interview )

Interview Mode - Face to Face Interview ( No Video Call interview ) 

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) To carry out all engineering and operational procedures.

2) Ensure proper functioning of the following system in the facility 

i. All Electrical Systems & ii. All HVAC systems.

3) Daily inspection of log books, history card, checklist, escalation charts, OCP & PPM schedules etc. for a better management of engineering systems.

4) Important and VIP client visits to be coordinated with Events team and should be managed without escalations.

5) To adhere to 52 weeks annual M&E maintenance schedule.

6) To participate during emergency evacuation procedure and manage all health & safety issues.

7) Coordinate for execution of works related to service partners without escalations.

8) Facility and ensure Walk around map & Guide is followed and maintained.
