Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

As a Telesales executive you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing information about courses, clarifying admission procedures, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for students. Your role will involve building strong relationships with potential students, understanding their educational needs, and helping them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, social media, and in person.
• Provide detailed information about courses, programs, admission requirements, and financial options.
• Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face counseling sessions with prospective students.
• Follow up with students to ensure the successful completion of the admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and conversion.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Stay updated on course offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Proven experience as an Admission Counselor, Sales Executive (preferably in the education sector).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the education industry, especially EdTech or training institutes.
• Understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Ability to build rapport with students and provide personalized guidance.
