Job Description
🖨️ Hiring: Flexo Printing Machine Operator📍 Location: Ahmedabad
🏭 Industry: Flexible Packaging / Labels / Shrink Sleeves
💼 Experience: 3 – 7 Years
🔧 Job Role:Operate and set up flexographic printing machine independently
- Ensure accurate color matching & print quality
- Maintain proper registration and alignment
- Handle job changeovers efficiently
- Reduce wastage and improve machine productivity
🎯 Key Responsibilities:Understand job card, artwork & production requirements
- Perform plate mounting, ink setting & machine adjustments
- Identify & fix printing defects (shade variation, misregistration, etc.)
- Maintain production efficiency and quality standards
- Guide helpers/assistant operators during production
🛠️ Skills Required:Strong knowledge of flexo printing process
- Good color matching ability
- Experience in anilox, inks, plate mounting & troubleshooting
- Basic machine maintenance knowledge
📊 Performance Focus:Print quality & rejection control
- Machine efficiency & productivity
- Minimum wastage and downtime
