Job Description
- Daily Operations: Manage opening and closing procedures, cash management, facility safety, and general administrative workflows.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed financial targets, deposit goals, loan volumes, and product cross-selling objectives.
- Team Leadership & HR: Recruit, interview, onboard, train, schedule, mentor, and evaluate branch staff.
- Customer Service & Relations: Resolve escalated customer complaints, maintain high service standards, and build rapport with key local clients.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, local laws, and financial governance.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare financial forecasts, manage operational budgets, and review performance metrics with regional or general management.
- Community Networking: Represent the branch at local business events, chambers of commerce, and community outreach programs to drive brand reputation.
