Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage daily store operations, inventory records, and material movement. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel and be capable of maintaining accurate stock records, preparing inventory reports, and coordinating with different departments.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily store operations, including receiving, issuing, and storing materials.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Update inventory records and stock registers regularly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports using MS Excel.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
• Verify received materials against purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain proper documentation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, and stock transfers.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the purchase, production, and accounts departments.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and identification of materials.
• Maintain systematic records of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials.
