Job Description
Qualification: B.Com or equivalent practical accounting experience.
Job responsibilities
- Enter sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, and payments in ERP.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Reconcile bank accounts, cash, supplier statements, and customer balances.
- Track purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRNs), and supplier invoices.
- Maintain material stock valuation records with stores and production.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss, expense, and cash-flow reports.
- Coordinate payroll and applicable GST/TDS filings with your CA.
Must-have skills: ERP accounting, Excel, GST basics, bank reconciliation, purchase/sales accounting, and attention to detail.
