Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute branch-level sales plans to expand client coverage and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
Team Leadership & Performance: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise branch sales reps while setting clear KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong connections with major regional accounts, address complex customer inquiries, and drive customer retention.
Operations & Financial Control: Oversee branch administrative tasks, manage operating budgets, ensure compliance with company policies, and streamline sales operations.
Market Tracking & Reporting: Monitor local industry trends and competitor activity while submitting accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Key Competencies
Leadership: Ability to motivate, coach, and maintain high morale within a sales-driven environment.
Strategic Planning: Skill in converting macro sales goals into clear, executable local team actions.
Negotiation & Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for closing high-value deals.
