BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Roles and responsibilities
Identify and attract potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate the selection and onboarding process.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Build relationships with job seekers and referral networks.
To do financial analysis and secure them financially. Their age should be around 30to 65 (housewives, retired professionals, bank employees are preferred, chartered accountants and business professionals).
