Business Promoter

Position: Business Promoter (Retail/Outlet Sales)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Coimbatore (The candidate will cover four outlets: Nava India, Singanallur, PN Pudur, and RS Puram)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Promoter to create awareness, promote, and drive sales of Right4Paws' range of pet food and wellness products. This is a target-based role where the promoter is expected to ensure sales at a minimum of five outlets, with the total number of outlets varying based on the assigned region. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for pets, and the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Product Promotion and Awareness:

• Promote the Right4Paws range of pet food and wellness products at pet clinics, retail stores, pet cafés, apartment complexes, and other key locations frequented by pet parents.
• Build brand awareness and educate customers about how Right4Paws products can enhance their pets' wellbeing.

2) Customer Engagement:

• Interact with pet parents, breeders, veterinarians, and influencers to showcase the benefits of our products.
• Address customer queries to establish trust and foster loyalty to the Right4Paws brand.

3) Lead Generation and Coordination:

• Generate potential leads for the sales team by identifying and engaging with prospective customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and successful conversions.

4) Event Representation:

• Represent the company at dog shows, conventions, and other events by managing company stalls.
• Engage with event visitors to promote products and create sales opportunities.

5) Target Achievement:

• Ensure sales contributions at a minimum of five outlets, with the number of target outlets adjusted based on the region.
• Regularly review performance metrics and work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Previous experience in promotions, sales, or customer engagement is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with pet-related products and services is desirable.

Work Environment:

• Field-based role involving visits to pet-related outlets and events.
• May require travel and occasional work on weekends or evenings for events.
