Content Operations Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Operations Specialist to manage and coordinate content across Animeta’s WhatsApp Chatbot, Mobile App, Website, and marketing channels. The role will involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure content is accurate, updated, approved, and delivered on time across all platforms.

Product Content Coordination

• Responsible for managing Animeta’s WhatsApp Chatbot, Mobile App, and Website.
• Coordinate with the Design, Content, and Development teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of product-related content and updates.
• Manage all product-related updates, changes, enhancements, and version releases across platforms.
• Ensure all relevant product information and changes are accurately updated and maintained.

Marketing Coordination

• Act as a liaison between the Field Team, MarCom, and Digital Marketing teams.
• Collect marketing requirements from the Field Team and coordinate with the respective teams for execution.
• Ensure the timely completion of marketing creatives and materials as per the requirements and share the final approved designs and marketing materials with the Field Team.

Key Skills

• Strong content coordination and project management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and content accuracy.
• Ability to manage content in multiple languages is an added advantage.
• Experience in Content Operations, Content Management.
