Job Description
We are looking for a confident,accounts management executive
*Key Responsibilities
- *Enter all orders into the ERP system and update payment.
- Follow up on pending orders, confirm delivery schedules, and address basic customer queries
- Maintain updated customer records and call logs in the system
- Reconcile sales, warehouse, and inventory and manage accounts payables.
*Requirements*
- *Excellent English*
- Basic computer skills + experience working on account, *ERP/CRM software* is a plus
- Good typing speed and attention to detail for order entry
- Positive attitude, target-oriented, and willing to work 6 days a week
- Graduate in any stream. Freshers with great communication skills can apply

Someone who is energetic, polite, persistent, and enjoys talking to customers every day. You should be organized enough to juggle calls and data entry without errors.
