CRM EXECUTIVE

The Chennai Mobiles – Gandhipuram, Coimbatore


Job Responsibilities


  1. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
  2. Follow up with customers and ensure timely issue resolution.
  3. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  4. Coordinate with branches and internal teams for customer support.
  5. Collect customer feedback and maintain customer interaction records.
  6. Prepare basic CRM reports and follow-up updates.
