About the RoleCarta Creations is looking for a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product and service information.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and delivery teams to ensure timely order completion.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status, feedback, and pending requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update order details.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term customer relationships and support repeat business.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Customer-friendly attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
