Job Description
The Customer Service Executive is the first point of contact for customers and is responsible for providing a professional, friendly and reliable customer experience throughout the gadget service journey.
The role involves handling customer enquiries, gadget inward, complaint recording, service updates, coordination with the technical team, quotations, follow-ups and delivery.
The person must ensure that every customer and every gadget is handled with proper communication, documentation and ownership.
