Job Description
- Lead Generation & Paid Ads: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) targeting home buyers and real estate investors.
- Social Media Management: Create engaging social media content (Reels, posts, project walk-through videos) and manage community engagement across platforms.
- Website & SEO Optimization: Update web content for new property listings, optimize landing pages for conversions, and implement basic SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Email & WhatsApp Marketing: Design and send automated email sequences and WhatsApp campaigns for lead nurturing and site visit invitations.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (Cost Per Lead, Conversion Rate, ROI) using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, delivering weekly performance reports to management.
- Vendor & Asset Coordination: Work with graphic designers, videographers, and agencies to produce marketing collateral (brochures, project videos, virtual tours).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in real estate or high-ticket lead generation).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, WordPress, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or LeadSquared).
- Marketing Skills: Solid understanding of lead generation funnels, performance marketing, and basic copywriting for ad creative.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
