• Roles & ResponsibilitiesVisit builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and construction sites to promote tiles and sanitaryware products.
• Generate new business leads and develop customer relationships.
• Visit tile showrooms, dealers, and distributors to promote products.
• Explain product features, designs, quality, and pricing to customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly marketing and sales targets.
• Prepare daily field visit reports and update customer details.
• Requirements2–3 years of experience in field marketing or sales, preferably in the tiles and sanitaryware industry.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of tiles, bathroom fittings, and sanitaryware products is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/mandatory, as per company requirements.
• Ability to generate leads and maintain good customer relationships.
