Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with vouchers, invoices, bills and basic accounting documentation.
- Maintain finance files, records and supporting documents.
- Assist in bank-related work, deposits, document submission and follow-ups.
- Support payment processing and expense documentation.
- Assist with petty cash and reimbursement records.
- Coordinate with vendors, branches and internal departments.
- Assist in collecting documents and obtaining approvals/signatures.
- Support GST, TDS, audit and other finance-related documentation as required.
- Maintain trackers, Excel sheets and basic MIS.
- Assist the Finance Manager with daily follow-ups and administrative tasks.
- Travel locally for bank visits, government offices, vendors, document collection/submission and other official work as required.
- Handle other Finance / Admin support activities assigned by the Finance Manage
